Small Actions - Repeated

How did Tiger Woods, golfing great, become great?  How did Michael Jordan, Shaquille O’Neal, or any other ‘great’ person become great?

They focused on small actions that produced large results.  Now, for the record, I used sports legends in the above example, however, in any field, the dominant players used this same principle.  I could have easily used Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and others. 

They focused on a few small action steps.  They moved slowly until they mastered that one measure of accomplishment, and then moved on to the next.

They repeated good behavior.
