Habits? Really?
Our
habits make us. Simple thought. Simple words.
Full of truth.
I
can get in the habit of chewing gum, arising at 4AM, eating Mexican food,
fixing my eggs the exact same way every morning, and a thousand other repeated
acts.
In
our pursuit of being a growing and excelling individual, we had better pay
attention to our habits, and find those habits that contribute to our better
selves.
Habits
kick in even in human relationships. Do
we say “please” and “thank you” routinely.
Do we use good eye contact, remember people’s names, open doors for
others?
Good
habits create good people.
